Dr. Paulo César de Morais is a globally recognized physicist and Emeritus Professor at the University of Brasília (UnB), Brazil. With a career spanning over four decades, he is a leading authority in nanotechnology, particularly in the study of magnetic fluids, magnetoliposomes, and graphene quantum dots. He earned his PhD in Solid State Physics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and completed postdoctoral research at Bell Communications Research in the USA.
Dr. de Morais has a staggering academic record, having published more than 500 scientific papers and secured 16 patents, garnering over 14,500 citations. A Senior Member of the IEEE, his contributions have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the "1000 Foreign Expert" award in China.
