Dr. Mahmoud Reza Delavar is a prominent Professor in the Department of Geomatics Engineering at the University of Tehran, Iran. A leading authority in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), he also serves as the Director of the GIS Surveying and Geomatics Center. His extensive research focuses on spatial data infrastructure, land information systems, and the application of artificial intelligence in disaster management and urban planning.
