Conference registration will begin at 08:00 AM on
June 1, 2026, in Singapore. The exact conference room will be indicated in
the final program.
The registration desk will remain open from 8:00 AM onwards
throughout the conference.
At registration, participants will receive a conference kit,
which includes a name badge and program booklet.
Onsite coordinators will be available at the registration desk to
answer any queries.
Participants will also receive lunch vouchers at the
registration desk. Please present these vouchers to the restaurant staff
when collecting your meals.
Speaker Guidelines
Please note that minor changes to the program may occur. Speakers
should be present in the meeting room from the conference start time
on the day of their presentation.
Each presentation is allocated 20–25 minutes. Speakers should
plan their talk for 17–19 minutes to allow time for introductions
and Q&A. Please adhere strictly to the scheduled times.
The working language of the conference is English.
Presentations should be submitted in PDF or PPT format. Ensure
that all visuals are clear and legible.
Submit your slides 15 days prior to the conference and bring a
copy on a flash drive or other storage device.
Please verify that your presentation functions correctly before the
session starts.
Meeting rooms are equipped with: digital projector, screen, laptop,
pointer, cordless and desktop microphones, and basic sound system.
Using personal laptops is not recommended unless unavoidable.
Windows/PC users must ensure compatibility with the Mac system
at the lectern.
Poster Guidelines
Each poster will be assigned a poster number in the final
program. Locate your assigned display and hang your poster 1 hour
before the poster session starts. Pasting/hanging materials will be
provided.
Poster dimensions: 1 m wide ×
1 m high.
Posters must be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by
the presenter. On-site printing will not be available.
Presenters should be available at their posters throughout the session
to engage with attendees.
Posters must be collected by the end of the day. Any remaining posters
will be disposed of.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
Virtual presentations allow participants to present remotely from home
or office.
Registered participants will receive a meeting invite and
personalized user ID a few days before the event.
Join the meeting 30 minutes early to minimize technical issues.
Each presentation is allocated 20–25 minutes. Plan for 17–19
minutes to allow time for Q&A.
Have your presentation slides ready to share on-screen at the start of
your session.
If you prefer to submit a recorded presentation instead of
presenting live, send the recording and PowerPoint 10 days before the
event.
Certification
All attendees will receive a delegate certificate signed by the
organizing committee. Names and affiliations will appear as per our
records. For changes, please contact us at least one month before the
conference.
Certificates will be issued during or after the session. Attendees
must remain present until the session ends.
E-certificates will be
emailed within 2–3 working days after the conference.
Co-authors not attending the conference will not receive
a certificate.
